Mi Qanisov keeps as little data as possible. This page explains in plain words what we keep, why, and how you can delete it.

Who we are
Mi Qanisov is a platform for moderated conversations in Armenian, run by Inesa and Sargis. Contact: hello@miqanisov.am.
What we keep
- Your Telegram user identifier (a number), so the bot can write to you. The bot never sees your phone number.
- Your email, if you signed up by email. It is stored encrypted.
- The name you chose (Around the Table) or your pseudonym (circles). We do not require a real name.
- The topics you picked, your sign-ups to tables and circles, and attendance.
- Your mood rating 1–5 before and after a session and your answer to “Were you heard today?”.
- Messages you send to the bot, which moderators answer.
- The time and text version of your consent.
What we do not keep
- Audio or video of meetings. Meetings are never recorded.
- Phone number, photo, address.
- Your named and pseudonymous profiles are not linked or shown together in the moderators' dashboard.
Why we keep it
To remind you about meetings, send your one-time link, answer your questions and send useful materials.
To understand, in aggregate, which topics and times people need. Analytics show totals only; groups smaller than five are hidden.
Who can see it
Only moderators, and only what they need for their sessions. A moderator does not see your Telegram account or email. Every opening of an incident record or message thread is logged.
We do not sell data, show ads, or use advertising trackers on the site.
Services outside Armenia
Telegram, hosting and the AI assistant run on servers outside Armenia. This is a cross-border transfer, and we ask for your consent in the bot. We never send your pseudonym or Telegram identifier to the AI.
How long we keep it
Retention periods are being set with a lawyer and will be published here. Until then, data is kept while you use the service.
How to delete
Type /delete in the bot. Your data is deleted and the bot confirms. Email users can write to hello@miqanisov.am.
Safety incident records are kept separately, under the rule set by our lawyer.
Your rights
- Know what we keep about you.
- Correct or delete your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Turn off materials or all notifications without deleting your account.
